We spent Christmas at a house/pet sit here. Karen-Meredith made a traditional French Christmas dinner of Guinea Fowl (pintade) with chestnut stuffing, Pommes de Terre Dauphinoise, and Salad followed by something scrumptious from the bakery. We shopped for our ingredients in the wonderful covered market and then settled in to celebrate with Stevie and Uhi.
